• The purchase and sale of real estate is handled according to Spanish legal legislation.
• We will provide N.I.E. (a document something like a national identity card in the Czech Republic) necessary to buy real estate!
• Each property has different tax conditions, the broker will explain.
• We offer only verified properties!
• BEWARE OF UNVERIFIED PROPERTIES. Some properties that the clients bought themselves had legal and other hidden defects. For example, the property could not be approved or was in debt, did not have a tourist license to rent the property. Many cheap properties are outdated, not maintained, and consequently the client invests more in the property than in a more expensive proven property. What happens a lot? That the client wants to save money, to buy a property without a real estate consultant through large real estate portals, where they promise him things that will not be fulfilled at all after the transfer of the property and leave the client to solve everything on his own. The client subsequently turns to us for help, and in the end it costs the client more than if he had bought the verified property from us.

• Selection of a location based on your lifestyle; everything is based on a personal approach to the client. We will also choose a suitable property according to the financial requirements.
• Communication with the client is set up based on an agreement, either in person or online. We prefer arrival and personal solutions on-site, viewing the offered properties, and exploring other locations.
• We will provide all the legislative documents necessary for purchasing the property custom for you.
• In the case of property selection, our legal representatives will prepare all contractual documents for the purchase and transfer of the property, including the notary and the notarial deed.
• Bank account, mortgage loan, all communication with the selected bank.
• Accounting and legal services in the case of investment property.
• In the case of apartment/house reconstruction, everything is custom, including furnishing,property maintenance, as well as rental management and apartment checks in case of absence.
• We will help you choose a direct flight, accommodation, and arrange transportation from the airport.
• In the case of legal and notarial services, we will provide a qualified interpreter.
