Recommend our properties and earn a reward of 20,000 CZK for each sale 

Do you like our properties? Tell your family, friends, or colleagues about them. You’ll receive a reward from us. 

Anyone can participate in the commission system, even a person who does not purchase any of our properties. It's simple! Contact us and refer a new customer. We will pay you a reward of 20,000 CZK for each referred customer who completes a sale. There is no limit to the number of referred customers 

How to do it? 

You, as the referrer, will inform us, and we will register you in our system, after which you will receive your registration number. We will sign the GDPR agreement. You will inform us about a potential customer by providing their name and contact information. Our agent will then approach the potential customer with an offer of our properties. If the potential customer accepts the offer and chooses their dream property, we will sign a reservation agreement with them, followed by a purchase agreement. 

When will you receive the reward? 

Once the property sale is completed with the customer and the purchase agreement payment is made, you are entitled to your reward. Financial compensation cannot be claimed retroactively. 

How does the commission payment process work? 

A contract for mediation has been drawn up with the recommender who has their registration number, based on which a financial reward will be paid, either in cash to the address of the intermediary or by transfer to a bank account. 

What reward is it? 

t's a financial reward of 20,000 CZK. We will pay you for each such recommendation. The more recommendations, the more commissions for you!
